Kenzie had two big events in the last two days. Yesterday he moved from the intensive care room into the intermediate room. There is less of a Vegas casino feel and it helps to know that he is doing well enough to have a bit less nurse attention. The other event was his first meal from the bottle. He didn't take the entire lunch that way, just 5ccs. But he was there in his mom's arms, both with a smile on their faces. So the big weigh in tonight is 3lbs, 14.4 ounces. Just a few more ounces and he gets to move out of the isolette.
In just a monumentous news, Lori went back to work today. She was overcome with all the love at the office. Again we are reminded how great the people are in our lives.

He's beautiful! If you hadn't put the ring by his hand there was no way to tell how tiny he is. The way he's putting on weight you will have him home in no time. Can't wait to get him into a pair of jeans and cowboy boots!! Take care of each other and Kenzie.
Love,
Aunt Debi
